Does the rental price include all the equipment I need to shoot?

The rental price includes our cyclorama wall only. Please call or email us if you wish to purchase a lighting or equipment rental package.

Does my rental include seamless paper backdrops?

The rental price includes our cyclorama wall only. Seamless paper backdrops are available on request.

Will there be staff on site while I'm there?

One of our staff members will be on-site to assist as needed.

Do you have heat and air conditioning?

We have both heat and air conditioning.

Is there wifi?

We provide free high-speed wifi with your rental.

Do you have a bathroom?

We have clean, remodeled bathrooms with hand-washing stations and first aid kits.

Is there parking on site?

There is one designated parking spot and one loading dock spot for gear loading and unloading. Other spaces can be used if available.

Do you offer refunds if I need to cancel?

Cancellations made with 48 hours' notice receive a promotional credit. Cancellations under 24 hours are non-refundable.
